Emergencies
Emergencies will always be given priority. In an event of a genuine emergency our caring staff will phone through to your doctor who will endeavour to accommodate you.
It is the policy of this Practice that you will be seen with priority in the event of an emergency.

Test Results
Your health safety is important to us. To ensure each and every one of our patients privacy is maintained, our practice is unable to provide details of tests results over the phone.
In the event of an abnormal result, the practice nurse will contact you directly to make an appointment. Should you not receive a phone call and wish to enquire about your results we welcome you to make an appointment with your regular doctor.
Generally, most routine results are returned to the doctor within 3-5 days.
Scripts & Referrals
To ensure your health care is being monitored and to fulfil ethical and legal responsibilities it is a requirement that patients attend a consultation to see a doctor should a referral or prescription be needed.
In the event that a script or referral has been lost, please contact our friendly staff for assistance.
Reminder System
Our Practice sends routine health reminders to patients via SMS.
How do SMS reminders work?
-
An SMS message will be sent the mobile number listed on file
-
You will be asked to verify your details to read the message
-
Once verified, you will be able view the health message
-
You will then be asked to make an appointment either by contacting the practice or online through the health message
The SMS reminder system our practice uses meets the RACGP accreditation and privacy standards.
